Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken with Herbs Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- Broth Simmered Rice (see note)
Directions
1.Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
2.Add soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve with Broth Simmered Rice.
Footnotes
Broth Simmered Rice: Heat 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Chicken Broth and 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute® White Rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
